1. Refund and Digital Product Policy

We do not offer refunds as our products are digital. A refund will only be provided if any of our tools fail to work for 3 consecutive days.

2. Shared Access and Usage Limits

You receive shared access to our services, which means that usage limits may sometimes be exhausted. In such cases, you must wait until the limits are refreshed. Refunds cannot be claimed for issues arising from shared access. If you experience any difficulties, please contact our customer care and we will try to resolve the issue.

3. Service Testing Period

Our service is intended solely for testing purposes before purchasing an original SAAS license. Therefore, we do not allow customers to use our service for more than 2 months. After this period, you are required to purchase the original license directly from the software provider, and we will no longer offer service.

4. Account Sharing Policy

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You must use your account on a single device. If we detect any account sharing, your account will be banned without any refund.

5. Billing & Refund

TeraSEO never charges you automatically. All transactions are initiated by users using third-party payment gateways. Refunds are processed via the same gateway upon our request and may take several days to reflect. We are not responsible for any delays in the refund process. A Refund ID and other relevant details will be provided. Remember, refunds are only issued if our primary tools fail to work for more than 3 days. You can read the full refund policy here.

6. Account Suspension

We employ an algorithm to detect account sharing and spam activities. If suspicious activity is found on your account, TeraSEO reserves the right to permanently block the account without any refund. However, you may initiate a counter review via our live chat section. Our dedicated review team will investigate your account, and if no suspicious activity is detected, your account may be reinstated. Please note that this review process may take 2-3 days.

7. IP Restrictions

TeraSEO allows only one ISP/IP per user (dynamic IPs are allowed). You cannot use one account across multiple locations, such as your home and office. Separate accounts must be purchased for different ISPs/IPs. Additionally, the use of VPNs and RDPs is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in a permanent ban. If you believe a mistake has been made, you can request a manual review through our live chat section, which may take 3-4 days.

8. Services & Uptime

TeraSEO reserves the right to change the price and validity of any service at any time. As our services are outsourced, minor downtime issues may occur. If any of our tools reach their maximum usage limit, you will need to wait until our team replenishes the account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
